Newly renovated and spacious cottage at the top of the village of Segnas, 3 minutes by car from Disentis, in a quiet and beatiful panoramic position at almost 1400 meters altitude, with 6 rooms, fireplace and garden. Walking distances: 2 minutes away from the village of Segnas, 10 minutes from Segnas railway station and 20 minutes from Disentis.Detached holiday home, renovated and extended in 2017. The chalet-style house with lots of wood has 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, a modern kitchen with induction stove and dishwasher - and above all the spacious, light-filled living room with large dining table and log fire for cozy winter evenings. In from of the entrance - with entrée - the covered terrace leads out into the garden. Discreetly behind the house are several car parking spaces on the property. 1 - 2 additional bed are possible.
