Mostly good, but beware the bunk beds!

After a couple of weeks in hotels, having a kitchen was terrific ... all the essentials were provided and worked.

What's worse than bunk beds? Bunk beds you didn't expect. And what's worse than a bunk bed you didn't expect? A bunk bed in an old building with a really low ceiling. You'd have to be 10 years old to get into it! The only solution was to left the matress onto the floor each night and return it in the morning.

Beautiful location but minimal assistance from the hosts following concerning check-in.

The rooms themselves were quite lovely and the location was incredible. I highly recommend staying in Sedrun if you are planning to snowboard/ski in the Andermatt/Sedrun area.

We were quite disappointed with some areas. Firstly, we arrived thirty minutes before check-in and would have been quite happy to wait downstairs until 4pm. However, we were shown to our room and there was blood on the floor and in the bathroom quite visibly and definitely not minimally. The room was a mess and so we were told to wait until housekeeping could attend the room. We did so and waited outside, it wasn't until 16:15 that our room was actually ready, 15 minutes past check-in time. Moreover, we messaged the number we were given to assure there was new blankets, etc. and to assure sufficient hygiene. We received no response for our entire stay. Moreover, we never received a replacement rug nor cup or anything that was taken out of the room. Overall, the blood and the lack of contact from the hosts really soured the experience. There was almost no one manning the hotel at any given point or identifiable point of contact if we needed assistance. We also left behind a earphone case accidentally which they told & showed us was found but then completely stopped all contact after we tried to arrange postage of them back. We reached out to them before writing this review as we hoped to sort the situation out privately but have received no response and our stay was two months ago.

Would be handy to get instructions on the lock codes, and it’s a bit impractical to take rubbish/recycling with you when you check out if you’re travelling by public transport.

Leider konnten wir unsere Ferien nicht wie erhofft gneissen.

Die Ausstattung war ok und funktionierte.

Leider erinnert der Geruch an einen feuchten Keller. Auch die Abläufe haben sehr nach Schimmel gerochen. Der Geruch haftete an sämtlichen Utensilien, die wir in die Wohnung mitgebracht hatten. Kleider, Stofftiere, Koffer, Schuhe, musste min. Zweimal gewaschen werden um den Geruch los zu werden. Weiter war das Schlafsofa in einem „schmudeligen“ Zustand. Auch vermissten wir einen Nachtvorhang um im Wohnzimmer abzudunkeln/Sichtschutz.

Gut, aber bei der Einrichtung ist Ersatz nötig.

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier. Sedrun ist ideal gelegen, sind doch die Pisten auf beide Seiten (Andermatt und Disentis) gut erreichbar. Das Dorf ist ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden.

Die Einrichtung im "The Farmhouse" bedarf einer Kontrolle. Viel Wichtiges hat gefehlt, man kann kaum mehr kochen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und nicht dazuausgegelegt in ihr zu kochen bzw. zu verweilen.

Das Haus war sauber und pfiffig eingerichtet. Trotz der direkten Lage an der Strasse war es ruhig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut möglich.

Das Appartement war kleiner als in der Anzeige beschrieben. In der Küche haben einige wichtige Utensilien wie Wasserkocher, Topf, Salatschüssel gefehlt.

Die Penthouse-Wohnung hat Scharme und ist zweckdienlich eingerichtet für Pers. bis max. 1.75.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war fast alles sauber bei unserer Ankunft (s.u.). Die Aufteilung der Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen, besonders das Entrée war Gold wert! Die zum Teil niedrige Raumhöhe im Bad und Schlafzimmer hat uns nicht gestört - wir waren vorgewarnt. Die Küche hat zwar nur das Allernötigste, aber es geht zum Kochen (s.u.). Wir haben aber geschätzt, dass mehr als genug Wassergläser, Besteck und sonstiges Geschirr da war. Das Doppelbett war topp!

Die Schlüssel-Patches haben nicht funktioniert, dafür war es nach einem Anruf beim Verwalter am Ankunftstag mit dem Code kein Problem mehr. Die Einzelbetten sind nicht wirklich bequem und sollten mal neue Matratzen und/oder Lattenroste erhalten. Im Backofen war ein Blech mit grossen Fettrückständen (ist beim Putzen wohl vergessen gegangen). Weitere Ideen zur Kücheneinrichtung: - Salatbesteck - Salatschüssel (für eine Wohnung bis 6 Pers.)

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren eine Woche im Farmhouse. Der Vermieter und Verwalter sind sehr zuvorkommend und es halt alles bestens funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr stillvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht.
