Photos don’t do justice this place is very large and clean with everything you need for a perfect stay and the balcony view is amazing. Host was very kind and quick to respond to messages

A few more kitchen utensils would be nice but easy enough to make do for basic things

Fantastic location and amazing views! Big and spacious apartment equipped with AC, a washing machine, kitchen, TV, work space etc. Felt very comfortable during my stay.

Although the collection of keys in theory is easy, I wish it would have been communicated in advance that it is cash payment and upon arrival. I came completely unprepared and had to walk with host through Baščaršija to get to an ATM which was stressful and not how I had planned to spend my time upon arrival. Also the shower pressure and shower boiler was terrible. If these two things were fixed the apartment would have gotten a better score.

The check-in process was smooth overall. Easy to communicate with property manager. The balcony was nice for sunsets and relaxing. Internet was fast enough for working. Usually got more than 100 megabits download speed, less on the upload though. The apartment is located adjacent to the historic Sarajevsko brewery, near the cable car and a locally run Ratni muzej.

This property is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 beds. This is not accurate. I mentioned this to the host but it has still not been updated at the time of writing this review. There is only 1 bed, not 3. And there is a sofa. So basically it is a 1 bedroom apartment and there is a sofa in the living room. It would only sleep 2-3 people comfortably. However very little privacy for adults. The bathroom must be accessed through the bedroom, meaning you'd have to walk through the bedroom if you were sleeping in the living room. The decor and styling in the kitchenette area is really cheap plastic. It could be improved with real tile work. I personally didn't mind the stairs, but this property would not be suitable for older clients or those with disabilities. You have to climb 3 flights of stairs without an elevator. It's great for younger couples, friends though.
