Truhla Apartments - Prague Center

We enjoyed our stay and the central location of the apartment. You easily can reach bus- and tram stops or you can even easily walk to the most famous 'must-see' of Prague. We also liked the big mall right on the other side of the street where you can get everything you need for your stay (including a supermarket, breakfast, coffee, restaurants, etc.). The room was clean and spacious, even though we hadn't used much of it as we were there just for two days. I would book it again - expecially because it was so easy to independently check-in and -out.

The room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. We got used to it when we were inside for a while but every time we came back we were reminded. The air conditioner made it worse. For a longer stay that would be a reason to not feel comfortable. Also, I would have appreciated it if some shampoo/ shower gel were given, that would make it easier when you arrive by plane. In general, the furnishing is kept simple and I missed some colors. But all in all acceptable. Thank you very much! :)

Perfect place and perfect location in the heart of Prague.

We really enjoyed our stay at Truhla Apartments. The location is excellent — very central and convenient, with a shopping mall, metro, tram and bus stops, restaurants and everything you may need nearby. The apartment was spacious, quiet and modern, with a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There was enough space in the room and all the necessary dishes for cooking. We would also like to highlight the great service. Communication was excellent, and we always received quick replies to our questions. Upon request, they kindly provided us with a drying rack and an iron, which was a big plus. The staff were very pleasant, polite and friendly, and the management reacted quickly to our requests.

There were only a few small things that could be improved. It would be nice if floor cleaning or some light housekeeping during the stay were provided. Also, there were no shampoo, shower gel or dental care amenities, so it is better to bring them with you. Due to the specific location of the apartment, food or grocery delivery could not be brought directly to the room, so we had to go down to the main entrance to collect it. This was not a major issue, but it is worth keeping in mind.
