Views were spectacular, facilities and space perfect after our 30 hour transit and flights from Australia. The indoor pool was wonderful.
The address advertised on booking.com was different from the actual address. We were given the real address of the property just hours before we arrived. It was very difficult for our driver to find the house in the dark. We had no car so had to Uber down to the village of Stressa at €35 each way. We didn’t realise the house was so far from the village Stressa and with such a steep incline. Walking to the village is not an option unless you are extremely fit and strong.
2 beautiful restaurants are located very close to the house but heavily booked so we couldn’t eat there.
