Vieta puiki, netoli visas viešasis transportas. Ofise galima palikti bagažą. Viskas nauja, labai švaru, tvarkinga, gražu, jauku. Vandens aparatas, mini virtuvėlė. Erdvi vonios patalpa, puikus apšvietimas, tamsinančios užuolaidos. Nuotraukos atitinka. Yra taurės, puodeliai.

Very good location, quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the jewish quater and 10 minutes walk from Astoria metro station. Rooms are located in a beautiful historical building. This "Superior Studio" was tiny but spotless clean, cool design with nice colours and fabrics, good quality towels, bedside rugs are very pleasant to the touch. AC runned fine, made a massive difference at the heat. The window overlooks the inner yard, so very quiet. Good sound insulation, with the window closed all you hear are other guests slamming their doors or cleaning staff talking on their phones in the corridor, but nothing from the outside. With the lightwell-shaped inner yard it is not nothing :) Although it is called "boutique guesthouse", these are actually 8 rooms on the first floor of a residential building. There is also a reception area as seen on the pictures, but nobody is ever there. In case of questions you need to contact the staff (and wait for the reply). Having stayed 5 nights, coming and going a couple of times during the day every day - the reception was not once manned (apparently this is why guests are asked to call or write 30 minutes before arrival)

There is no much space to do any cooking, the kitchenette is super-tiny. There were 3 raspberry tea bags + 4 instant coffee sticks (we don't like any of this, so unfortunately no use to us). We ended up using only the kettle, for own-bought tea. No paper towels or napkins, if you want to use the kitchenette, nor any sugar, salt, pepper, oil. Unfortunately there is no freezer, had to throw away ice-cream and not possible to make ice cubes. Memory foam mattress, awfully hard and has a sag on one side, although the place is supposed to have opened recently. I don't know about that, but the mattress was very uncomfortable. There is no place in the shower to put your own shampoo, conditioner etc, must put them on the floor, which is uncomfortable because the shower is small. Water pressure not great. No cosmetic tissues, nor cosmetic mirror. I am very nearsighted so the mirror above the washbasin is too far for me, had to go buy a small mirror to be able to put on make-up. Communication skills definitely need to be improved. My questions were either answered too late or not at all, unless it was important for the hotel itself (like check-out modalities). Some of the answers were not really friendly or even politely phrased. I suppose it was not intended and is a cultural thing, but working in hospitality with foreign guests, you should be able to be sensitive and show care and respect, if you want to avoid causing irritation. Things can happen anywhere, even at best hotels, and when there are some issues, what matters most is the feeling you leave your guest with.
