Casa do Formão

Una casa súper cómoda, limpia y con un paisaje espectacular.

Hay que ir en coche a Amarante, pero compensa. Es un lugar para quedarse unos días y relajarse.

We stayed at Daniel's house for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The self check-in worked very smoothly and the hosts had left us a bottle of local white wine called Encostas De Formao which was very enjoyable chilled after a long journey. The house is very modern with lots of space and very good facilities including a smart TV which meant we could watch live UK channels via Youtube. The kitchen is spacious and modern where we cooked a few meals. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. The aircon was first class. There are 2 terraces - one upstairs and one downstairs - both with table & chairs. Both terraces (along with the bedrooms) have great views of the river Tamega & valley. There is also a nice large secure garden where we parked our car, We also enjoyed walking from the house along the river into Amarante and back. Amarante is a great town with some good restaurants and is very pretty, We enjoyed meeting Daniel who chatted with us about the house renovation which must have taken a great deal of work but the finished job is superb. We hope to return.

Por ter 3 quartos, uma sala com sofá cama, cozinha equipada e 2 IS, permite alojar famílias numerosas com todo o conforto
