Amin was exceptionally helpful, welcoming and went out of the way in giving directions to restaurants,, money exchanges, taxis and anything I needed. He is a huge asset to the hotel. What is most outstanding about him is not just his service but his attitude. Given the right environment, he will succeed in life..I wish he was in America, he would be rich.
I cannot remember or imagine anything negative about Amin. Everything was good.

Neat and clean accommodation in a great location close to Tunis station. We arrived in the morning and they stored our bags for us which was super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Because it's right by the station it's a bit noisy but that's to be expected.
