Inside room fascilities like water bottle,tea n coffee packets with cups and water boiler.

The Fishies outside! Loved that there was an air fryer, and that you could play pool or read one of the multiple thriller books. Also you have your own small fridge in your room. The bathtubs and showers were great!

There were only like 3 forks in the whole building with 13 rooms so mostly 2 of them were missing. Also the walls were super thin. Our room was next to the kitchen, with every person who went to the kitchen at 6/7/8 am we woke up because of the noises.

Communal areas...games room with billiards table, rotunda for sitting outside, and spacious balcony off kitchen ..the same. A kitchen table to sit at to eat meals. Good external lighting around building at night. With outdoor fish pond had a homely feel about the place. Easy parking in the street. Nice age range of guests. The bathrooms were spacious and showers nice and hot.

The quality carpet in bedroom was badly stained...in need of specialist spot cleaning. Window dressing broken blind missing half the panels. Maintenance attended, blind replaced ...thankyou. Too much light entering room interferes with sleep patterns. One side of clothes cupboard smelt of moth balls. Ongoing problems with the external security lock on gate. Lighting in room low wattage so difficult to read or study with no desk lamp.
