Actually, the view is magnificent, and the apartment was really clean and mostly comfortable. Having a private sauna in the room was really refreshing and cool.

The security deposit scheme wasn't a very easy thing. Especially if you chose to stay there at the last moment, you had to transfer the money to their company account immediately, and they didn't give me enough details (the name of the company and legal address, which I needed to complete the transfer). The company also denied my request for free cancellation, so if I hadn't agreed to the deposit scheme, I would have lost the reservation money. Although they have a right to do so, just be aware of what you signed up for. The apartment has furniture and fittings that are either really expensive (bathroom) or not expensive at all (kitchen stuff), so I'm not sure if it's really helpful for them demanding these deposits (which aren't much, about ~160 EUR) considering that there are a lot of places in Katowice without that. Anyway the deposit was successfully returned to me without any action on my part. Check-in and out hours are slightly reduced compared to other accommodations, so if it were up to me, I would have installed a normal capsule coffee machine because I didn't have much time in the morning
