Nothing, everything was good

Really nice apartment in a good location generally. Owner was nice and accommodating. Was very good value for money, especially for London.
Slightly awkward to get to the apartment with it being located above a shopping centre but wasn’t too bad, and sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

The inside of the property was really lovely! The kitchen and bedroom were clean and tidy and very useful - the flat had everything we needed. Very comfy bed and very good for cheap price.
Although the actual flat was lovely, I wasn’t expecting it to be entirely on top of the shopping mall (window by bed looks onto the mall) and the way to get to the flat was around the back of the mall and up loads of stairs on the roof. It was fine, just not what was expected.
