Good price for London, easy access to public transport.
The bathroom is NOT private as in description, but there are shared bathrooms. If it was stated properly I would choose another accommodation, as tge private bathroom was important for our group.

I slept well in the bed and the hosts were friendly. The location was great.
The room wasn't ready despite them saying check in time was perfect. I had to ring the door bell and be let in and then wait in the kitchen for my room to be ready.
The bedroom is fine but i shared the bathroom with everyone and wasn't actually told where it was.
Lots of noise as well.
