The location is nice, if you're looking to escape the traffic and crowds of Nikiti. There is an in-property parking - in the backyard. Big backyard with benches and the alleys of the nearby hotel. We had sufficient hot water for 4 people and more - the boiler is inoperable, but there are sunbatteries. There is a beach nearby at a walking distance, but beware that it can be uncomfortable as you are passing through an underground tunnel and then a narrow pathway between an overgrown lake and a fence. Fine price to performance stay.

There was a kitchen sink and cutlery, but no washing liquid or sponges. There isn't a floor mop for the water in the bathroom, or a broom for general cleaning at the property. The showerhead was one of those that point and spray water in every direction and it's hard to set. Nor the bathroom nor the rooms lock. The bunk beds aren't comfortable for adults. The single beds themselves are very hard and the springs in the mattresses are awful - you can easily feel them with a soft touch and they're uncomfortable.
