L'Atelier Montmartrois

This is precisely what I have been searching for in Montmartre for over a decade. The apartment is very well appointed. Very comfortable (I was travelling solo but would be fine for two, maybe four at a push). Kitchen was fantastic. Lounge was very comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom was perfect. Facilities such as TV and WiFi were exemplary. The location is exactly what I have been after, right in the heart of Montmartre. Communication with hosts was fine and relatively easy to find, I know Montmartre. I have probably stayed in about 15 different apartments & hotels around this area and this is by far the best. Cost was fine for Paris in July. It’s noisy, but it’s Montmartre, what do you expect! Limited view in the apartment I stayed in, overlooking a restaurant courtyard, but to be expected.

Maybe AC would be useful, it’s very close to the restaurant courtyard so I kept the windows shut doe to how close it is to the diners. Plenty of fans provided but it was very warm with a glass roof. Minor thing, but it would be nice to provide some coffee pods for the machine, it’s difficult to know precisely what pods it uses (I had been travelling for 5 weeks and had accumulated 6 different types of coffee pod on my travels, but not this type) the pods are cheap so leaving a few wouldn’t cut into the profit margin too much (I left a few for the next guest).

La localisation au cœur de Montmartre Endroit spacieux

Climatisation insuffisante, uniquement ds le séjour. La chambre est illuminée par la verrière du séjour car la porte de la chambre est vitrée. Une tenture occultante serait plus que bienvenue.

Vele trappen lopen met extreem warm weer tot bovenop de berg, Montmartre Bovenlicht in woonkamer en glazendeur naar slaapkamer, maakt het licht in slaapkamer

L’emplacement, la décoration, la qualité du matelas. Tout semble neuf. Les conditions d’arrivée et de départ sont claires.

Il n’y avait pas de rosette de café. C’est quelque chose qu’il faut prévoir. Si on le sait à l’avance c’est mieux.
