Had a great time at this house. Everything was clean, fresh and well laid out. The separate living spaces up and downstairs were ideal for our kids and us. They could play the provided board games and watch tv downstairs in the evening while we relaxed upstairs after long days of trout fishing and swimming in the springs. Less than a 5 minute walk to the river, springs or the cafes is really nice for someone used to driving everywhere. We will be back!

We had a perfect time on cotter, and the location of our stay made it all that much better. The kids had their own space downstairs with games and a full bath and bed and we had our space upstairs for a pleasant home like experience all around. House was clean and fresh, furniture was all nice, kitchen was great, yard was great and fenced in for our dog. We walked to the springs a few times and the kids went swimming and of course we were in town to fish and we caught a lot of trout on the white. Worth a visit for sure. We will be back soon and we will stay here again.
