Majestic Gen Residence KL

Puas hati bilik cantik

Tak Ada

Dit was mijn tweede verblijf en het was net zo prettig als de eerste keer. Geweldige locatie, comfortabel en erg flexibel. Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven!

its nice and comfortable

The property is in an area with nearby malls and shopping centers, and it also has access to the apartment’s swimming pool and gymnasium.

The property is poorly managed; it could have been better, mainly with regard to maintaining hygiene and good communication with customers. The apartment was not hygienic. It smelled, filled with the after-smell of smoke when I entered the apartment. We had an 11-month-old baby with us and it was not easy to spend the night at the apartment. We kept the windows open in the apartment on the 23rd floor the whole night to let the smell go away, but it didn't. The smell has been trapped there for quite some days. The apartment’s toilet exhaust fan was also not working. When I talked to the contact person about these issues, he didn't seem to care at all. He ignored the concern by saying they were okay before; I don't know what happened now. For those who are considering this apartment simply because of value, I hope this information will be helpful. I think basic facilities are fine but hygiene should not be compromised.
