The building looks quite new and the facilities are nice. One of my favourite parts was the pool with a beautiful KLCC view, especially at night. Really nice view of the city.
They do require a RM300 deposit before check-in, but it will be refunded after check-out once everything is checked, so it was completely understandable and no issue for us.
There were quite a lot of people at the lobby when we arrived around check-in time, but luckily the staff was already waiting for us there and guided us through everything. Check-in ended up being very smooth and easier than expected.
