3 Blocks to Plaza! Historic Prescott Gem w/ Grill

The house was a 1917 historic Craftsman house that was fully restored. Even the furniture evoked the period, along with the appliances which were either retro or actual antique. (The 1957 double-oven stove was particularly cool.) The place was spotless and held everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Speaking of the neighborhood, it is in a great location - close enough to the square to walk and far enough away to enjoy the serenity of what felt like home. With three bedrooms and two baths, it made getting ready easy. Definitely one of the best short-term rentals we have stayed in. Unless you are looking for a pool or a party house, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The bungalow way surpassed our expectations. The decor and attention to detail was phenomenal. We really enjoyed the architecture and history of the home. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch and dinner and cocktails on the back deck. With the firepit and large seating area, we spent many hours laughing and reminiscing on a 50-year long friendship which brought us together for a 70th birthday celebration. Downtown Prescott was a treat! So many dining and shopping choices! Kathy was a wonderful, attentive host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
