The location was amazing we seen dolphins eating breakfast every single morning between 530 and 7:30 AM loved it
There was an issue with the door it looked like it had been broken into a few times it also rained in the door flew open in the middle of the night which scared the crap out of us

Check-in was easy. Clean, with easy access to the beach, the large balcony had plenty of chairs and a great view (including watching the family on the beach). Had kitchenware.
No checkout instructions until 6:30 the evening before we left—needed to be much earlier. Only supplied us with 2 trash bags and it would have been great to have some spices—salt, pepper, etc., a better broom, and filters for the coffee pot.
