Close to the beach, nice, clean and comfortable
The couch was a little bit uncomfortable, it sinks when u sit.

The area was nice easy access to the beach friendly neighbors
Holes in the spare blanket, old bottle under one of the twin beds, ripped mattress cover, lint trap filled with someone else's lint, couch couldn't be slept on you could feel the metal frame from it and when I messaged the company about these issues and asking about where the grill was I never got a response
