Very nice location and apartment. Everything we could need was there from stove, fridge, coffee maker "filters too" , washer, dryer, and etc... I loved the balcony and the ocean view from the bedroom.
My only one complaint is the water heater, or control there of. It took approx 4 mins to get the hot water going out the shower. Then you had to back it down. So it has good heated water, just don't be in a hurry to jump in the shower.
