    The staff assistance is great and polite, explaining everything before going to the room after check in. We enjoyed the view but WE HAD A FEW TROUBLES regarding the room, no air refreshener in the room so yes there's a part of the room that smells bad I don't know if it's the smell of the rotten wood or mold. MOST IMPORTANTLY the main heater isn't available but were given a small one(one that runs in diesel) it runs for an hour but stops, then turns on and stops again no fix to it. Suggesting letting the main heater run BECAUSE ITS WINTER AND ITS COLD or CHECK THE MACHINE IF IT WORKS PROPERLY FOR A LONG TIME
