J’avais un peu peur en lisant les dernières évaluations mais tout s’est très bien passé. Les explications étaient claires et la communication fluide. Le logement est en effet luxueux et bien conçu. Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur de l’appartement en pleine canicule, l’emplacement près de centres commerciaux et dans un charmant village près de la frontière suisse. On entend pas du tout les avions et le logement est bien insonorisé des voisins du dessus. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec les évacuation d’eau.

Peut être en effet prévoir des serviettes en plus grand nombre.

Nice apartment has almost everything for a short stay. Located close to Switzerland so it is a good choice for a break when driving a long way to Interlaken for holiday. Check-in details were clearly provided in advance by the host. And a free parking space.

Only one toilet, room is nice but needs further maintenance. e.g. the door handle of the toilet is almost broken, garbage can in the kitchen was still full when we arrived, the bath towers were all wet with one of them was put on the heating of the bedroom and another one was just randomly put over the glass wall of the bathroom.

Bij aankomst na een lange rit bleek er een flinke lekkage te zijn tijdens het gebruik van de wasbak in de keuken. Na contact te hebben opgenomen kwam er na een tijdje iemand om het probleem op te lossen. Dit was uiteindelijk gelukt maar het leek er op dat dit al vaker was gebeurd aangezien de plinten bij de lekkage al meer schade vertoonde. Alle beschikbare handdoeken inmiddels gebruikt om het water van de lekkage op te ruimen. Dus helaas geen mogelijkheid om te kunnen douchen. Hierdoor voor ons geen prettige ervaring helaas. Het zou ook fijn zijn geweest als de host nog iets had laten horen nadat de monteur was geweest.
