Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei allen Fragen und Problemen war sie immer für uns da. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen Balkon mit Meerblick und näher am Strand wohnen kann man nicht. Der Parkplatz ist direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed here as a group of 4 adults with 2 large black dogs, and the fact that it is so dog-friendly is a huge plus! The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, with a cafe and a pizzeria nearby. The apartment was very clean, spacious enough for us, and both the beds and the sofa were really comfortable. Unexpectedly balcony was quite spacious. We also highly appreciated the air conditioning during the hot days, elevator in the building and secure, free parking behind a remote-controlled fence.

Just tiny things, that are expected for the price - they do not reduce the overall great experience. The furnishings and equipment are quite old. For example, the toilet is extremely noisy, though that is somewhat expected with older plumbing/buildings. Also, while the kitchen is adequately equipped, it is a bit too small for a larger group like ours (4 adults and 2 big dogs) when preparing meals.

La posizione ottima fronte spiaggia con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito, buono l'orientamento che ha poco sole sul terrazzo e quindi permette di utilizzarlo anche nelle ore più soleggiate. Dotato di sistema di raffreddamento e riscaldamento, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e vasca da bagno. Letto grande e comodo. Accoglienza di cani con piccolo kit di benvenuto e spiagge e aree attrezzata ovunque. Un paradiso di bagno e passeggiate per chi viaggia con il suo 4 zampe.
