    After a 6h flight and 2h car journey to the hotel, i was greeted with hostility during check in, demanding for me to pay for 3rd and 4th guest, even though my booking was paid for 4 guests. Duty manager acknowledged it was an issue between Agoda and hotel but the guest is still liable to pay for it. Insisted for guest to sort this out with Agoda at 930pm and they refused to let us check in. Very poorly managed with zero service recovery.

    I arrived the hotel for check-in around 9pm and there was a problem with booking between the hotel and agoda. Anyway, the staffs didn’t contact the agent for us and threw us to find a way to contact the agent by ourselves. After that, there was no staffs to help or ask us anything. Until around 10:30pm, we could contact the agoda then going checked-in. We were so disappointed with no service-minded staffs.
