Stylish apartment with terrace in the 19th arrondissement

Die Lage ist unglaublich gut! Direkt vor der Türe fährt die Tram alle 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Innerhalb von ein paar Minuten fussläufig findet man mehrere Heurige. Das Mehrparteienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und vermittelt einen gehobenen Standard. Die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Weinberge ist ein Highlight. Die Klimaanlage hilft bei den Sommertemperaturen sehr! Der Host ist super nett und auch gut erreichbar - man erhält kurz vor dem Check in alle Informationen, die man benötigt. Er stellte uns sogar Kaffekapseln zur Verfügung. Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt kein Wifi gab konnten wir uns mit dem Host problemlos alternativ einigen.

Great apartment in great location with patio just next to tram to city center and train station. Could be absolutely perfect with a little attention! Great place to live or visit Vienna from.

It was very difficult to communicate with the host and we ended up waiting outside to move in when the listing said we should already be able to, burning part of our vacation time. Apartment appeared to be for rent or sale, with bare lightbulbs and copper wire sticking out of the ceiling, you could spend 20-30€ at Ikea and install basic lighting so confusing. No proper internet just a mobile hotspot that kept turning itself off. There was still partially used food in the fridge, cigarette butts in the ashtray, and hair in the bath.

Very neat, clean, and smelled wonderful. The space was comfortable and well-maintained

No major issues, everything met our expectations🤌🏻
