Spacious Penthouse Apartment Vindobona, panorama view to danube river & vineyard

The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. It has everything you need for an extended stay. The host Martin is exceptional, and is extremely helpful. I highly recommend him and the apartment. If you are looking for a very comfortable stay outside of the noisy city center the hillside vineyards viewed from the balcony cannot be beat. City center is a 30 minute bus and U bahn ride away. The bus stop is just steps away from the apartment and runs every 10 minutes.

Amazing location, close to nature. You live in a city outside the city - my kind of place. Quiet and cosy. The entrance is completely separate from where the owner lives. The apartment is spacious and bright. Balconies have a nice view. Kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher tablets provided, dish detergent, sponge and kitchen towels provided. The owner provided parking cards as the parking in Vienna has to be paid for between the hosue of 9 am to 10 pm, even outside the city. A special highlight is the Leopoldsberg Caste (30 mins hike) and the winery "Der Hirt" up the hill (15 mins hike) with delicious wine and romantic atmosphere. I will definitely recommend the location and might just come over with friends just for the winery :)

The shower needs a little fixing as well as the leaking sink in the kitchen but it was no bother. I missed coffee - I was spoiled by other apartment owners, though.

We recently stayed at this Home. I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The Apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host was happy to share stories about the local area and gave us some great recommendations for things to do and see. In terms of location,it is next to Mountains with snow now. Location that was perfect for our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at a home stay for a unique and authentic travel experience.
