Clean, quiet and comfortable.
The access stairs are really difficult to negotiate with a big suitcase. The sleeper couch in the sitting room is horribly uncomfortable to sit / sleep on. There’s no chair to sit and work at the desk comfortably.

The location was great 👍. The flat was nice and authentic for non British people. Great experience.
Hot water did not work for a couple of days. Seems to be a reoccurring issue. Flat needs a deep cleaning and some TLC.

Location is excellent. Easy to get to. Parking outside. The neighbours were very welcoming
Couldn’t get in until 4pm due to the cleaning team however the apartment wasn’t overly clean. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, bathroom could have done with a mop. Bed was a little uncomfortable but ok for one night
