The hotel lobby and mini gym is at level 2. They are strict in maintaining their cleanliness. Good and quiet location. For family with children, there is playground outside the hotel.

The evening reception staff are excellent and the room was spacious with a view to three sides. Little else about the place makes sense.
You take an elevator from the 1st floor to the second to enter the lobby and then take a 2d lobby to the floor where your room is to walk outside to your room. Very odd.
As a consequence, no bellman, no luggage assistance. Really unacceptable at the price point.
Fitness center consists of a largely empty room with yoga mats and 3 exercise bikes in the lobby. Really - in the lobby!
Hotel charges $20 for even 15 minutes of late check out irrespective of how busy it may be. Good way to lose repeat guests.
