    I was really let down by this hotel. The staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating, which set a negative tone from the start. Despite the high price, what you get is quite underwhelming; Gran Sol Hotel, for example, offers much more for literally half the price. I also found their check-in policy to be rigid and unreasonable. They wouldn’t allow even a 30-minute early check-in, while other hotels I stayed at on this same trip were flexible with check-ins up to 3 hours early. Overall, not worth the money or the attitude. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    No major criticisms. I had issue with no electricity and they solved it quickly. The pool area was nice with plenty of chairs. They could really do with an extra person on check in duties though - the person we had was very slow and took ages.

    Although the building and rooms are old, they are well taken care of. The pool, restaurant, and bar are all lovely. The food was really nice. Just outside the craziness of Sant Antoni, so okay for young partiers and families. Not boring, but not too crazy.
