Stayed here for a night to meet friends in Ibiza. The hotel room was perfect with spacious room and comfy bed. The pool and facilities were great and the inclusive breakfast was a huge buffet with plenty of food for any taste!

The air conditioning in our room was not working, and the room was extremely hot. My friend and I were sweating throughout the night and could barely sleep. We reported the issue to the reception shortly after check-in, but they said there was nothing they could do at the time. We were told to mention it again at check-out and that we might receive a partial refund. Unfortunately, this issue made our stay very uncomfortable.

The stay was just okay. The room did not appear to be 4 stars worthy. The room is not very clean with cracks everywhere. The pool closes quite early but the pool is nice and there is a bar right next to the pool and a cafe. There was an issue with my room; i heard dripping and realized my entire backpack was soaked as there was a leak from the ceiling. When i notified the front desk, they were not apologetic and originally told me to go back to my room and maintenance would check. I had to ask for compensation to dry my clothes in the laundry. Only when the maintenance man said I couldn’t stay; then i went to the front to get a new room. The gentleman who had just assisted me looked at me and said “yes”. I told him I am getting a new room and he said oh yeah. The situation should’ve been remedied from the beginning. Customer service lacks and this place isn’t technically worth the cost
