Cozy Tbilisi Center Apartment with Balcony

Beautiful, brand new apartment, I wish my home looked like this, and I think I might be one of the first people to stay in it. Hot water, cold A/C. Comfortable bed. Nice, large patio.

1. The WiFi is insufficient (around 10Mbps with 200ms latency). I ended up having to use my phone’s hotspot which was at least 4x faster. 2. The host hasn’t figured out self check-in yet, so you have to coordinate with a neighbor to get into the building (in my case, someone left the exterior door propped open, which, while helpful, also felt like a security issue). 3. The building is a lot more lively than expected - lots of kids (I counted 6) running up and down the stairs, playing soccer in the courtyard, playing piano loudly in the unit below. I don’t think the host can do anything about the children, but if the WiFi and self check-in issue were fixed, I would bump my score up from an 8 to a 9. Overall, recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — close to the city center, restaurants, shops, and many attractions in Tbilisi. It had everything we needed . Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
