Comfortable enough, good airflow, bright, well equipped, modern
We were a little surprised by the amount of shouting, sirens and street cleaning that happens during the night. We did get used to it after a few nights.
The item we liked least was the lack of care and maintenance to the common areas. It felt as if we were entering a sub par apartment building with the revolting carpets, terrible paintwork and rubbish outside the windows. There’s no excuse for any of that.
