Very clean and tidy. The communication was great throughout the stay. Easy access with clear instructions.
Mattress uncomfortable and sagging, disturbed sleep as bed was also creaky on turning. . Had a kettle but no mugs.

Amazing location, couldn’t have asked for a more central place to stay. Lovely room with everything you need.
Walls are very thin, so people coming in late did wake us up, we did go on a Friday night so not the properties fault but would recommend bringing earplugs if staying on a weekend!

Nice shower room. Surprisingly quiet. Location makes up for a lot.
Sugar and kettle no tea or coffee. Third floor, motion lights dont come on as you approach room D. Futon, prefer bed. Clinical feel needed a couple if pics. States budget which it is but not a budget price.
