OSA - Stella - Garden Hostel with bar

Spent two nights at OSA hostel and had a great time. It was like a calm oasis, a secret haven from the fun and chaos of Napoli! Great Location, and great facilities. Could pay extra for a locker for extra security! The dorm was clean, air conditioned, quiet and it was great because each bed had a socket and a lamp, plus the coffee from the bar was delicious ✨

The mattresses are quite thin and beds are loud

Mi sono sentita davvero sicura, ed è una delle cose più importanti quando viaggio, la struttura davvero meravigliosa, un oasi piena di verde a Napoli. Davvero un ottima struttura dove nelle vicinanze ha diversi negozi di prima necessità e mezzi di trasporto, da ritornare!!

The terrace is very nice

We booked the private room. when we booked it says 30m2 with a queen size bed on the description, when arriving we realized that it was much smaller then the staff told us oh it was a mistake it’s actually 15m2, no gesture, nothing - for this price, you can literally find much better rooms/apartments in Naples, we stayed in one big apartment with 10m2 terrace who costed us a similar price. Then, the mattress is super thin, the bed is very small - i would never call a 120/130cm bed queen size. the bathroom is small and no separation between the shower and the toilet so the water is everywhere, meanwhile no air circulation at all in the bathroom. there’s one huge window, but you can never open it as it’s basically right in front of a table at the hostel terrace - well open it if you want other guests to see your room. also, there’s only one curtain, nothing else to cover the light. the room has 0 sound isolation so in the morning we were basically waken up by the noise and the light, and had to go to sleep with earplugs because music is on till midnight. There’s one staff who never responded to me every time i said hello and thanks to him idk why, but other staff are nice. not very pleasant stay in general.
