Oceanfront Studio w Panoramic Views Atlantis 103rd St

Location was ideal for what I needed. All areas of property were clean, great view

One particular staff member ever who worked in the office was extreme. On multiple occasions she could be seen blowing whistles at the pool for minor things that could have been a brief conversation reminding people about baby toys in the pool or hanging up the towels to dry. On one occasion she was seen scolding a young girl for apparently jumping on the elevator although she could not provide video of the occurrence. From a distance I could see the girl crying as she yelled at her. She came up to me at the pool and told me my music was too loud (I was playing pandora on my iPhone) no speaker just for me to hear. She was overall just extreme and aggressive either way managing policy. People are there for a vacation or event. If the association doesn’t want to have to reiterate rules frequently then they should not allow owners to rent their spaces
