The Quay is an oceanfront condo building located on 107th Street. Welcome to Unit 1803- a side unit featuring 2-bedrooms & 2-baths. Your family of 6 will enjoy the comfortable living space along with the range of amenities that cater to both relaxation and recreation. With indirect views of both the ocean and bay, your family will enjoy the true coastal experience. The open floor plan provides ample space for entertaining friends and family while enjoying the fresh sea breeze and scenic vistas. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and an automatic drip coffee pot.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, tv, and private bath with shower stall. The 2nd bedroom features a twin over full trundle and a tv. The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. For your added convenience, there is a washer, dryer, cable and internet in the condo. This property rents any 3 nights all season .
The community amenities at the Quay are impressive and cater to various interests. The heated outdoor pool offers a pleasant option for swimming and lounging, even during cooler seasons. Additionally, the year-round indoor pool provides a cozy alternative for aquatic activities. The game room adds a fun and social element to the community. Other amenities like the on-site shop, tennis court, saunas, and eatery offer a range of options for relaxation, recreation, and convenience. The presence of on-site security and management provides an added layer of safety and support. Property rents any 3 nights all year!
Parking: All guests must check-in at the building upon arrival located on the 1st floor. Parking is $75/weekly for the 1st Vehicle. $60 weekly for the 2nd vehicle.
Guests supply sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice and in a good location. I would definitely stay here again just wish the parking was included with the cost. Overall definitely a family friendly place to stay.

The rental unit was beautiful and we enjoyed the beach. We did not appreciate no email saying where to pick up keys at check in. Also, multiple couples had to share a single key fob to enter building, for the money we had paid, each key should've had a fob. ZERO parking spaces came with unit, the condo charged us 50 for our spot and 48 for the other, i was under the impression 1 parking spot was included.

The building seems to be older. Once we entered, the hallways had a musty smell. Upon entering the unit we were hit with a very strong cleaning fragrance that didn't dissipate for 2 days. Wondering if the cleaning team was trying to cover something up. The smaller bedroom had the ac unit in a closet so if you are a light sleeper this won't work for you bc of the noise. The sound didn't personally bother me. The views from the balcony were very nice. My family is very sensitive to smells so the fragrance when we walked in along with whatever was trying to be covered up affected our sinuses. Because of this we would probably not come back even though the unit itself was well kept.
