Great location, fun pool and ideal beach access. Property was clean and well kept
- never received welcome email, therefore had no instructions to obtain keys or access details. Had to go to the property just to be told to travel 10 minutes away to obtain my welcome package
- no interior lock on door to the unit. This resulted in my toddler being able to enter the hallway. We had to use a chair to “lock” the door from the inside. We called and were told it would be fixed, but the entire stay went by with no solution.
- the guest full bed was completely broken and the footer was not even attached to the bed, another safety hazard
- the air condition does not adequately reach the primary bedroom, there is a large temperature difference between the main living area and the primary suite
