Beautiful View, Heated pool

Our stay at Pietro's villa was absolutely wonderful. Pietro is an exceptional host—always available when we needed him, yet we always felt we had complete privacy. Pietro and his family live on the ground floor of the villa, but this never affected our stay. We always felt we had the entire place to ourselves while knowing that help was nearby if we needed anything. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and his recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and places to visit made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa was perfect for our group of six adults and one six-year-old child. It is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen has everything you could ask for, and the outdoor kitchen was especially convenient and quickly became one of our favorite features. We spent most of our evenings on the stunning terrace, grilling, enjoying the view of the pool, and watching the sea. One of the things that impressed us most was the thoughtful design of the house. The architect clearly put a great deal of care into the layout—large windows and terrace doors all face the sea, creating spectacular views throughout the house. Even during the very hot days in early July, the terrace always had a refreshing breeze, making it comfortable to sit outside at any time of day. Every detail, from the outdoor kitchen to the pool and the outdoor shower, is perfectly placed to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. It is truly a very well-planned home. The villa is also in a great location. The beach is within walking distance. It has a natural, unmaintained feel rather than the appearance of a groomed beach, but it is supervised by a lifeguard and was pleasantly uncrowded, which we actually preferred over the much busier beaches nearby.

Casa stupenda e spaziosa, con vista incredibile, pulita e nuova. Ci siamo goduti la piscina e vista. Casa Impeccabile, con host particolarmente gentile e attento a tutte le nostre esigenze che ha anche lasciato un piccolo benvenuto e indicato tutte le attrazioni del luogo. Assolutamente da ripetere.
