TK Royal Hotel & SPA

The property was clean and well-maintained, although it was quite far from the city centre. The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. I really appreciated the respect and care they showed and how they always tried to make me feel comfortable and happy. A special thank you to Ahmed from housekeeping, who was especially helpful and caring. I truly appreciate all their efforts and hospitality.

What I didn’t like was that I booked this hotel as an all-inclusive holiday because I wanted to relax and enjoy more time inside the hotel. Unfortunately, the facilities were not really suitable for a holiday. The swimming pool was very small, and there were not many holiday facilities or activities. I was also disappointed that the food was not served as a buffet. Instead, you had to order your meals, and there was very little variety, with almost the same food every day. I booked all-inclusive because I was looking forward to enjoying different foods and having everything available at the hotel without needing to go out. However, I ended up going outside quite often to eat and visit water parks, which meant spending a lot of extra money. Overall, I feel this hotel may be more suitable for people travelling for work or business rather than for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday. I had expected more from an all-inclusive experience.

Vraiment un bon plan le wifi est rapide et le quartier est hyper sûr.

La chambre est spacieuse, le spa est top ! Le personnel est sympathique.

La nourriture, la piscine trop petite, l’absence de climatisation dans les couloirs. Douche minuscule !
