J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L’emplacement est idéal : il y a une épicerie juste en bas, ouverte 7j/7, avec Momo le gérant qui est très gentil. Le supermarché Auchan est également à quelques pas, ce qui est très pratique. L’appartement est très confortable, avec un lit et des oreillers de qualité, ainsi qu’un canapé très agréable pour deux personnes. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. J’ai beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions laissées par l’hôte à mon arrivée, comme les amuse-gueules et autres détails qui font vraiment plaisir. L’appartement est très bien isolé : il reste frais, l’orientation est parfaite car le soleil ne donne ni le matin ni l’après-midi. La vue sur les montagnes est très agréable et le double vitrage permet de profiter d’un environnement calme. Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement cet appartement et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Je n’ai rien à signaler de négatif. Tout a été à la hauteur de mes attentes et j’ai pleinement apprécié mon séjour.

Logement très fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. Il y a tout pour passer un très bon séjour. Tout était bien préparé : obtention des clés, logement propre, lit fait, etc. ... avec en prime un petit cadeau gourmand délicieux et fait maison (merci pour cette gentille attention). La communication avec le loueur était efficace grâce à ses réponses immédiates à nos questions. Si l'occasion se représente, nous ne nous partons plus la question de savoir où loger. On a l'adresse idéale.

L’emplacement et le décor

It is a very nice spacious apartment, we were the first renters. It probably used to be somebodies apartment who now rents because the furniture is nicer that what you using find in the typical booking.com rentals. It has a well outfitted kitchen with Kruggs pods coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, big refrigerator, microwave and small oven. Salt, pepper, and coffee were provided. There is a Monoprix and Auchan supermarket within a block or two plus the open market is nearby which is a good place to get prepared food on the weekends. It is a 20 minute walk from the train station. The unit does not come with internet which is something we did not notice in the listing, it is not something we usually check for. But the host pointed this out in the welcome booking message and since booking allows you to cancel within 6 hours, we could have canceled. Since we were at the end of our cell phone plan, we decided to use up that data but if you need internet, this place doesn't have it. The host asked us to clean the place up exiting including mopping the floor which is a little strange but I checked the listing and there is not the usual cleaning fee so if you are ok with that, it might save you a little money. But this requirement was not in the listing. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were not. Upon checking, it was noted that the pillows were through pillows used for a couch with a couple of pillow cases around them. The fitted sheet was not the highest quality and the dust ruffle was too high for the bed and just end up rumpled on the floor (not the biggest deal). There were two duvets provided which gave you a couple of temperature options but without a top sheet, they should have been in a cover. Maybe he plans on washing them after each use.
