!!!TAKE CARE!!! THIS APARTMENT IS A SCAMMER!!!

The owner is a scammer, they ask for a €300 deposit and won't give it back!!! She sets up several rules to charge you, and when you leave the apartment, she invents reasons to charge you more money! It's been a week and she hasn't refunded my money and doesn't even respond to my messages anymore. I was alone, and she said she would charge a fee for 6 people because I used more sheets and that I could only use one of the bedrooms, even though I paid for the entire apartment. Then she canceled my reservation so I couldn't leave a review.

The apartment was old, lots of broken things, dirty, and poorly cleaned! The towels and bed linens were old, stained, and smelly, and the furniture was dusty. The bathroom smelled, and there was spoiled food in the oven that hadn't been cleaned! The kitchen utensils were dirty and stored in the cupboard.

Superb

The place is exceptionally good! The flat is spaceous, clean and fully equipped. Three big rooms with double beds (very comfortable), table in each room and lots of storage space. Excellent dining space, kichen fully equipped, washing mashine and very good shower. Extraordinary hospitality: we arrived late due to the train problems, and the host patiently waited for us and helped us to enter the appartment. You have an Auchan supermarket nearby, and a great L'Estacade market definitely worth visiting is 5 min on foot.

I give 9 and not 10 due to the minor problems with the keys. It was solved later. The appartment is located 20 min on foot from the train and bus station. The transportation is not very comfortable, so you better drive or go on foot.

Bien, mais l’appartement aurait besoin d’être mieux entretenu

3 grandes chambres Facile pour se garer Proximité du centre-ville (on y va à pied) Supermarché et commerces à proximité

Mauvais état de certains éléments (poignée de porte manquante, moisissures dans la douche, bouton de la chasse d’eau). Pas de tire bouchons. Pas de petites cuillères On découvre qu’il faut payer une caution 3 jours d’arriver - transaction en dehors de booking. A l’arrivée dans les lieux, c’est à nous à ramasser la lessive qui est sur l’etendage.

Der Besitzer hat sich sehr gekümmert, war auch nötig da wir seinen Support Anspruch nehmen mussten.

Finger weg wenn ihr mit dem Motorrad unterwegs seid. Zur Wohnung gehört ein privater Parkplatz der jedoch durch eine angrenzende Grünfläche frei zugänglich ist. Dadurch wurden wir Opfer eines versuchten Diebstahls der Motorräder. Das wurde in letzter Sekunde verhindert. Dabei wurden die Bike‘s jedoch stark beschädigt und eine Weiterfahrt nicht mehr möglich. Das ganze war geplant, die Unterkunft ist in einem Wohnblock und es ist davon auszugehen dass jemand aus der Nachbarschaft seine Kumpels informiert hat. Deshalb, mit Vorsichtig zu genießen

Hôte très réactif, une sonnerie et Marc décroche. Parc très sympa du balcon. Parking de l’appartement. Vraiment sympa, je recommande fortement.
