Nice residence close to Alsacce loraine Train station.

The Hosts are great , supportive and provided me with extra bed cover - coverture immediately ...It was new , I extremely appreciate tbe efforts ,support.

The main reason to choose this residence was based on Bookinh.com reviews that it is very close to the main Train Station in Grenoble , apparently "close" is relative and depend on each individual physical state....The residence is one tram station from main Train Station .The residence is close to Alsace lorraine Train Station , My Train was scheduled at 4:00 AM....at that time no tram or public transport....having to walk this distance based on other reviews claiming that it is very close was not pleasant....Good that no rain fall out , no snow at that time of the year....I believe it is important for guests intending to stay because it is close to the Train station to evaluate their decision based on luggage, season of the year as walking distance stated in other reviews seem to be relative . The Key were easy to pick as the host helped me....returning the key in middle of the night was not the same too much keys for the size of the box you have to find the correct orientation of the keys so that they fit within the box and you successfully close the box..... Is better to indicate in residence description that guests need to throw trash and leave room cleaness in almost same situation as arrival....I did my best buy nothing is perfect.... The escalator......if you have difficulties with your legs going up ,heavy luggages ask the residence if rooms on the ground floor are available My stay was during weekends the street although being small one on side from main one was noisy.....not sure how it is over normal days of the week..... If you are alone maybe is better to ask the host how safe it is to around in 1:00 - 2:00 AM.....as saturday night was so noisy.....

It is well located and it has much of what is needed for a comfortable stay.

Place is rather old and worn down and there is so many rules for the check out that you may as well have to clean the entire apartment if you read carefully.

There is a problem when the most common sounds from the bathroom are "Shriek* Nononono, not again!"

Very nice appartment in the middle of Grenoble. Check-in instructions were clear. Most things were comfy.

There is no hook for the shower head. To make it worse, this is the kind of high pressure nozzle that rockets around on its own. You can kind of wedge it between the wall and the rack but it's both too low and very unstable. On the first morning it came loose twice and instantly rocketed past the shower curtain, proceeding to shower the rest of the bathroom and some of the kitchen (also there is no bathroom door) before I caught it. I've encountered hookless showers before but those came with a bath at least. I genuinely have no idea what the thought behind this baffling set-up is.

Very good for a short stay.

The location is excellent; 10-minute walk to the train station, and to the old city, and lots of restaurants and coffee shops within 2 minutes on foot. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bathroom has lots of toiletries.

The bed sheets and pillow cases did not seem very clean and fresh. The room was a bit stuffy, apparently was locked for a long time. It would have been nice to have a comfortable armchair instead of the desk and uncomfortable chair.

Good for the price

The apartment has everything you need to live there for a few days. Although it was small, there was space to organise my stuff. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower worked pretty well. The bed was OK. There were some welcome snacks available. The street is silent and I could reach there by foot coming from the train station. A lot of restaurants and bus stops close to the apartments.

The apartment is not so new as it looked like in the pictures. Internet stopped working on the second day and it took me a lot of talk to have Internet to work during my stay. There were renovation works in some apartments of the same building and it was a bit annoying to be in the middle of that. Some employees have the bad behavior of smoking close to the apartments entrance and the smoke goes inside of them. In the apartment where I was the heater was not working properly.

Great value trouble free accommodation in an excellent location.

Studio is well located, quiet, spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. Basics for cooking were provided (oils, condiments, etc) as well as extensive cooking equipment. Decor is quirky and characterful. Shower and toilet are separate, each small and giving direct onto living area, which was fine for one person but might not suit all sharers. Overall the studio is really excellent value for money.

pleasant appartments in the centre of Grenoble

great location in the city center close to all kinds of public transport, very easy to obtain keys using the provided instructions, unbeatable value for money

property communicates almost exclusively using whatsapp including video instructions for self check in, be prepared for that; I did not receive a receipt for the payment even after repeated requests, this may be a problem for business travellers
