It was clean, it was tidy, it had a fridge and a kitchen. I had a washing machine and two clean beds with plenty of storage. It's close to a trainstation. Close to a convenience store, a few actually. Beds where comfortable and blankets where nice.

It could have been cheaper. It's quite small, the only access to it is an alleyway, there is no dryer so you have to take your clothes to a laundromat when its raining. It's far away from many of the things you might want to do as a tourist. The stairs up to the hotel are bent in a way that is sometimes quite unsafe in the rain and dangerous to carry a suitcase up. Your neighbours can trap you on the balcony by leaving their door open and jamming something under the door to keep it open. Drains where full of hair and it was disgusting to look at in the bathroom. The toilet doesn't have a bidet. THE WIFI THAT IS PART OF THE HOTELS LISTING IS SO BAD THAT YOU PRACTICALLY DONT HAVE WIFI. CONSTANT DISCONNECTIONS, TERRIBKE SPEEDS. I WAS LUCKY IF I GOT A MINUTE OF WIFI. Thats my biggest grip with it. I think this hotel would be fair price at about 4000 yen a night with the 5000 yen cleaning fee. The fee should be part of the listing. It should be very obvious there is a fee and not last minute at payment. If it had a dryer, a TV, safe stairs that aren't bent on an angle thats slippery when wet and good internet it would be worth its current price
