Staff is approachable and answers right away.
Not advisable for senior citizens because of the stairs. Hard to bring luggage to second floor.

The host was so lovely and accomodating!! Genuinely made our stay! Clean and beautiful home. Our favourite out of all the places we stayed in Japan. So close to Jujo station which is a super convenient one for getting around, There is a mall up the road which has a lot of local food and trinkets. Definitely would want to stay here again in future!
The train line being so close means hearing them every time they come past, however we didn’t mind as we honestly got used to it. The convenience of the close train station made it worth it. Definitely something for others to consider prior to staying though.
