Very cozy. Lots of little features like having the little party place down out front right by the river. The hot tub was a plus. Lots of info when you first arrive.

Day one we were presented by the sister of the property owner with a surprise $100 cleaning fee that was not discussed before on booking. It was very awkward. Being right by the main road is kinda rough. It is hard to relax by a fire with constant traffic. Day two we were greeted in the morning by a leaf blower, weed wicker and an air conditioner right off the balcony. Then in the afternoon we were greeted by a skill saw making projects next door. I do not recommend this location if you are sound sensitive.
