Outside, the cottage sits amongst large, well-kept gardens with a patio and furniture, along with ample off road parking plus lockable bike storage. New House is a superb choice for family groups seeking a long-awaited gathering in a beautiful area.

The village has a pub, which serves good food, and is just two miles from the historic town of Appleby. Excellent property with plenty of public areasp

New house is a substantial property with magnificent views of the countryside. Ideal for those that want to be away from suburbia. Comfortable but with masses of space to spread out too. We were lucky with clear sky nights, star gazing and listening to the owls hooting. We would return in a heartbeat.
