Bathrooms include a main with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double basin and WC, a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, double basin and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, formal rose garden, basin, garden table and chairs, and two picnic benches. Off-road parking is available for 6 cars. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.3 miles, river 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two dogs are welcome and a non-smoking property. Stairlift available. The Neighborhood:
Whiston is a charming rural village resting between Sheffield and Rotherham. The village is renowned for being one of the most historic and oldest in South Yorkshire, with some of its structures dating back to the reign of King Henry III, over 700 years old. The village offers the chance for an idyllic stroll through its historical grounds alongside the Canklow Woods for some greenery. Dining options include The Hind, which is a lively pub offering tasty classics on the menu, whilst The Golden Ball is also on offer with a beer garden when the sun is beaming down. There are several shops on hand for stocking up on any essentials. Just outside of Whiston is the city of Rotherham, where you can visit the Magna Science Adventure Centre or enjoy the Clifton Park Museum. Sheffield is close by as well, offering further attractions and amenities such as the Meadhowhall Shopping Centre with a plethora of shops as well as the invigorating Gulliver's Valley Theme Park.
