The kitchen features an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine whilst the living/dining room has an open fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms include a double and twin serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is off-road parking for 2 cars and a garden and decking with furniture and barbecue. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property will accept pets however smoking is not allowed. Within 2.3 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles there is a pub. Battel Hall Cottage is a wonderful escape, whatever time of year. Note: Staying at Battel Hall Cottage includes free access to Leeds Castle and ground, closure dates do apply and dates will be subject to availability, please check Leeds Castle Website for the most up to date access information

A few miles from Maidstone, Kent's biggest town, the quiet community of Harrietsham is located in the Maidstone District. The community, although has a small population, has excellent amenities, such as a convenience shop, a bar called the Percival's Rest, and a long-standing village hall. Walkers who brave the hard ascent up the North Downs slopes will be rewarded with the chance to take a short break at The Ringlestone Inn, one of the county's most renowned inns. The county seat of Kent, Maidstone, is conveniently reachable and has wonderful shopping amenities, as well as a variety of amazing sights and cafes. It features a diverse mix of unusual boutiques and high street favourites.
