On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a welcoming open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate WC.
The upper floor hosts two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two twin beds, along with access to a balcony where guests can enjoy the stunning views.
Outdoors, the villa truly shines. Guests can enjoy a private infinity heated swimming pool (4 × 8 meters), relax on the multiple terraces, refresh under the outdoor shower, or prepare meals in the stone-built BBQ area, which includes a large dining table The villa is surrounded by a private 2,000 m² garden, blending seamlessly into the natural landscape.
